Preventative Maintenance
For high-purity systems, a properly designed preventative maintenance program will maximize system uptime, extend the useful life of expensive parts, maintain optimal performance, and address potential issues before they escalate. Our dedicated team of field technicians specializes in servicing, maintaining and repairing high-purity water systems in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern US. We customize our preventative maintenance programs for each customer, aligning service to customer priorities and compliance requirements.
RO & Loop Cleanings and Sanitizations
To fight microbial growth in critical applications, high purity systems require regular cleaning and sanitization. Pure H2O offers onsite cleaning and sanitization services for reverse osmosis (RO) systems and recirculating distribution loops. We also sell chemicals specifically designed for these applications.
Emergency Services
In critical applications, high purity system shutdowns are costly and disruptive. We provide emergency services to get your system up and running as quickly as possible.
Common emergency issues our trained technicians can address include:
- Leaks
- RO system low flow
- Poor water quality
- High bacteria readings

DI & Carbon Service Exchange Services
We provide direct delivery service deionization (SDI) and carbon exchange services to customers in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. For customers outside of our direct delivery area, we can arrange service exchange via freight delivery.
In addition, we can provide onsite rebed services for carbon media filters and softeners within our service area.
Calibration
We offer onsite calibration services for:
- Pressure gauges, switches, and transmitters
- Quality sensors (TDS, conductivity/resistivity)
We also provide off-site calibration services for other common instruments found on water purification systems.
Water Testing & Sampling
For a high purity system to function properly, it is critical that the water quality is appropriate after each step of treatment. That’s why our technicians provide basic water testing during every service visit we provide.
We also offer water sampling services for critical applications.
